- The Kirby quarry is the main quarry in the Burlington group and produces a highly attractive blue/grey roofing slate
- Kirby slate has been used for generations and covers many of the UK’s most famous buildings
- It is known for its exceptional performance and durability
- The Kirby blue slate is available in a fixed sized format (fixed length x random widths) and random sizes to replicate the traditional slate laying patterns of the past
- Suitable for commercial and restoration heritage projects
- Kirby slates fully adhere to BS EN 12326-1: 2014 (W1, S1, T1) and have a life expectancy of 150+ years
