LBS Pro-Guard Breather Membrane

LBS Pro-Guard Breather Membrane is a 3 layer spun bonded polypropylene roofing membrane designed for builders and roofers. It combines low weight with excellent water barrier properties. The membrane is certified by the British Board of Agrement, for use in supported and unsupported pitched roofs. LBS Pro-Guard Breather Membrane complies with the recommendations in BS5250:2002 Code of Practice for Control of condensation in Buildings.

LBS Pro-Guard Breather Membrane is a high venting membrane which can vent up to 70 litres of moisture per day through the roof of an average house, when correctly installed. The product is grey / white in colour and comes in two roll sizes - 1.5 × 50m and 1 × 50m.
