Classic Blue slates are sourced from the Shaaxni province of China. It is an attractive light blue/grey slate which is very similar in appearance to Welsh Ffestiniog.

Classic Blue slates are non-fading and free from damaging pyrites and sulphates. When laid, a Classic Blue roof exhibits a subtle variance in shade, giving a mature and settled appearance.

The slate is a nominal 6mm thickness and is available in 600×300mm, 500×300mm, 500×250mm, and in prime grade. It fully conforms to BS EN 12326: Part 1: 2004, and is covered by a 30 year quarry backed guarantee.
